(5 minutes) |

5 minutes briefing about the process of this lesson from you to the student. |

Interview 1
(20 minutes) |
|
Start the 1st interview. This should proceed from "knock a door"
to "leaving a room" like a real interview. |

Feedback 1
(15 minutes) |
|
Feedback about the 1st interview from you to the students.
And you also need to answer the question from the student.
Do not forget to take note this for the later feedback report. |

Break
(5 minutes) |

Interview 2
(30 minutes) |
|
Start the 2nd interview. This process is just same as the first one, but
you need to ask good questions to check the points which the student could
not do well at first interview. And you also need to ask another good questions
you notice. Because of this, the 2nd interview is longer than the 1st one. |

Feedback 2
(15 minutes) |
|
Feedback about the 2nd interview and overall from you to the students.
And you also need to answer the question from the student.
Do not forget to take note this for the later feedback report. |

Feedback Report
(30 minutes) |
|
You must complete your feedback report and send it to EREV by e-mail. The
blank form of feedback report will be provided by EREV, so you don't need
to create it. |
